KELLY FERGUSON
Kelly Ferguson is a 30 year resident of the greater Daytona Beach area, having moved here in 1993, after graduating from Florida State University and when her husband took a position with the area's largest general civil practice law firm. Since that time, she and her husband have raised two children in the area and she has volunteered and worked for several charitable organizations, and continued working full-time since buying her first home here on the Ormond beachside in 1993. Kelly’s background includes serving as a Director and CEO for several local nonprofit organizations focused on issues affecting children, education, the arts, healthcare, and people with disabilities. She has chaired several fundraisers and capital campaigns facilitating the area’s growth and supporting the local economy. Kelly’s extensive knowledge of and experience in our community has positioned her to help buyers and sellers take advantage of the local economic and market conditions, whether buying or selling. Kelly enjoys traveling, spending time with her grown children and her grandson, taking care of her dog, Peach, and participating in any outdoor activity in the Florida sunshine! Last year, Kelly was grateful to have closed more than $13 million in sales volume (and during Covid she was consistently over $10 million). This year, she is on track to exceed those goals and hopefully again exceed $13 million in closed sales for 2022. Kelly serves all of Volusia County and Flagler County, including Palm Coast, New Smyrna, Daytona, Holly Hill, Ormond, Port Orange, Edgewater, Delan
