Teri Craddock, VP Commercial Loan Officer
Teri grew up in Ormond By The Sea, and helped her family run a small beachfront motel.  After she completed her education, she entered banking, and has been involved in Volusia County banking for the last 30 years.  She has helped start small independent banks, and has been employed by nationwide banks in addition.   The latter part of her career has been focused on private client banking and commercial lending.  She is happy and excited to be part of the Fairwinds team which she has joined in late 2019.   In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, boating, fishing, and bicycling.
 
Dan Felix, AVP of Mortgage Sales & Services
Dan moved to Oviedo in 2005 to pursue his Masters in Divinity on a journey to become a pastor. After completing his seminary degree in 2008, prospects of working in the ministry dwindled as the Great Recession greatly impacted churches and non-profits. During this time, he received the opportunity to attend a Real Estate investing class and it quickly put him on a new path. What began as a curious exploration into Real Estate investing, turned into a 13+ year career in the mortgage industry. Dan currently serves as the AVP of Mortgage Sales at FAIRWINDS Credit Union, which is one of the top 10 Conventional Mortgage Lenders in all of Central Florida.
