Responsibilities include:

Administering IV infusions and injections for chronic conditions

Monitoring patient responses and documenting treatment

Educating patients and families on therapies and care plans

Collaborating with referring providers and clinical staff
Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of Florida
-
IV administration experience preferred (not required)

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Passion for patient-centered care
