The Art Book Club is a new program, hosted by the OMAM Guild, in celebration of OMAM’s 80th Anniversary. This month’s book is “Hamnet” by Maggie O'Farrell, a 2020 historical fiction novel focusing on the 1596 death of William Shakespeare's 11-year-old son from the plague. It explores themes of grief, marriage, the healing power of love and art, and the untold story that inspired one of the greatest plays ever written, “Hamlet.” Refreshments will be provided. Come early to explore the exhibits, gift shop, and gardens.
