About Us

I work with Sound Therapy through mediums such as mindfulness, frequencies, vibrations and acoustic education. Instruments used include Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes, Nature Sounds and some breathwork and mindfulness tools. I offer group meditation sound baths in art studios and wellness locations in Ormond Beach. I am also a Wellness Coach and believe that when we put ourselves in the right environment, we give ourselves the best opportunity for healing and restoration. Offering one-on-one, private groups and events - the opportunity to put together an intimate and unique experience. As the sounds fill the space, the journey begins. This is like a massage for your nervous system and a great way to meditate without having to clear your mind, instead, just listen to the sound bowls and feel the vibrations. This practice offers me a wonderful opportunity to not only feel the affects personally, but to see and hear clients and their experiences at the end of the session. I am blessed to have a wonderful kind people who have crossed my bath in search of this type of rest, relaxation, stress relief, minor pain relief, less tension - and have found it in our time together. I am now offering educational classes for K-12 and am currently a registered provider with the Step Up Program and offer direct pay for classes on the EMA Portal.
