Ruthie is a Georgia Peach, born and raised in Macon, Georgia.  Relocated to Florida eighteen years ago.  Ruthie studied business at Middle Georgia State University.  She spent her early career in administration, sales, and as a Regional Human Resource Manager before getting into the health industry.  She has been helping people with wellness and weight loss for over twelve years and is a certified personal trainer, yoga and barre instructor.
