Before moving to Ormond Beach\, Florida\, she co-started and ran the hospitalist program at the Veterans Administration (VA) Medical Center in Gainesville\, Florida\, and was Director of Faculty Development at the University of Florida. Currently\, Dr. Klioze works at the VA in Daytona Beach and runs the Diabetes\, Metabolic and Obesity Clinic where her focus and treatment goals are disease stabilization and reversal. She is Past-President of the Volusia County Medical Society and is a Clinical Assistant Professor for FSU College of Medicine. She is co-host of the weekly radio-podcast\, "The Doctors Are In" at WNZF of Flagler Beach\, Florida. She is founder and CEO of Shield of Life\, a Social Entrepreneurship\, which provides education\, coaching and support on disease mitigation and reversal. Furthermore\, the company sells PEMF (Pulsed Electro Magnetic Frequency) devices that enhance microvascular circulation and healing and\, through the Shield of Life Apparel site\, clothing with antibacterial\, anti-fungal and hypoallergenic properties for total body protection.
