This gathering includes a keynote speaker who will inspire you with insights on balancing career and family responsibilities.\n\n\n\nKeynote Speaker: Dr. Audrey Gregory\, Ph.D.\, R.N.\n\nExecutive Vice President & CEO of AdventHealth East Florida Division\n\n\n\n\n\nAudrey Gregory\, Ph.D.\, R.N.\, is the executive vice president and CEO for the AdventHealth East Florida Division\, overseeing strategic initiatives for the area's largest hospital system\, including seven hospitals and more than 11\,000 team members. With over 20 years of experience as a health care executive and a decade as a trauma and emergency room registered nurse\, Audrey Gregory has been a dynamic force since joining AdventHealth in 2021. With Audrey Gregory at the helm\, the AdventHealth East Florida Division has expanded services\, including opening a new hospital and successfully transitioning to the Epic electronic health records system. Dr. Gregory's leadership and contributions have been widely recognized nationally\, including: Modern Healthcare's Top 25 Women Leaders (2022) and Becker's Hospital Review's Black Healthcare Leaders to Know (2023)\, Women Hospital Presidents and CEOs to Know (2023) and 60 Health System CEO Influencers (2023). She also serves as a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is a member of the American Hospital Association/Institute for Diversity and Health Equity (IFDHE) Black Women CEO Roundtable.
