I am committed to empowering teenagers  and  adults to find their strengths\, see possibilities and achieve their goals. Drawing on my years of experience as a therapist\, teacher\, wife\, mother\, and Christian\, I strive to help people create healthy relationships\, manage stress\, cope with grief\,  overcome anxiety\, trauma and depression as well as achieve personal\, career and spiritual growth. I have worked as a therapist and/or teacher at several schools and universities. Locally\, I have worked as a counselor at Embry-Riddle University\, Daytona Beach Community College Women's Center and Ormond Beach Counseling Center.  I have taught at the University of Central Florida\, Bethune Cookman College\, Daytona State College and Taylor High School.  Licensed Mental Health Counselor MH4625. Qualified Supervisor of Interns. \n\n \n\nI specialize in helping people find peace in everyday life when anxiety and depression get in the way. I also help people understand destructive relationships and make  good  relationship  choices."
