DESCRIPTION:Sound healing has been practiced for thousands of years and is a beautiful way to reset your emotional and physical body. Using a combination of crystal singing bowls\, shruti box\, drumming\, chimes\, vocals and more\, Morgan McManus will guide you through a healing journey of sound. This event will be held on the rooftop terrace. Dress cozy\, bring a yoga mat\, a pillow and blanket\, your intention for healing and anything else you may need to be comfortable. Light refreshments and an intention journaling prompt will be provided! Herbal eye pillows will be available for purchase at the event. Light refreshments and intention journaling from 6 to 6:25pm Doors close at 6:25pm Sound bath begins promptly at 6:30pm Cost is $40 for OMAM members and $45 for future members. Advanced registration encouraged. Participants must enter the Museum before the Sound Bath begins\; late arrivals will not be admitted or refunded.
