DESCRIPTION:Allow yourself to receive the healing vibrations of love\, compassion\, acceptance\, and empathy. This Month's theme is Self-Love. Students will be encouraged to embrace their most important love relationship - the one with themselves. Using a wide variety of ancient sound healing instruments including crystal singing bowls\, hand drum\, shruti box\, voice\, chimes and more\, Morgan will create a sound healing experience that will vibrate and activate every cell in your body\, leaving you feeling relaxed\, restored\, and reset. Bring a yoga mat\, pillow\, blanket & anything else you may need to be comfortable. Enjoy light refreshments and intention journaling when you arrive. Please arrive no later than 5:30pm\; door will close at 5:35pm and late arrivals will not be admitted or refunded. Spots are limited\, so registering in advance is highly recommended.
