We have teamed up again to create a women's self-defense training to education and equip you with tools to help protect yourself from an attack. Certified trainers from the Ormond Beach Police Department will be educating attendees on local statistics\, general safety information and practical self-defense moves.\n\n\n\nDue to the nature of the content we will be discussin\, attendees must be 12 years of age or older. Any girls attending who are between the ages of 12 and 17\, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Liability waivers will also need to be filled out prior to starting the training event.\n\n\n\nCheck in begins at 5:15PM.\n\nEvent starts at 6:00PM.
