DESCRIPTION:Explore how wool becomes felt in this fun workshop instructed by fiber artist Liz Canali in the museum classroom. Students will learn the process of felting to create a useful soap and washcloth combo that is as fun to use as it is to gift to others! Tuition ($25 museum members / $28 future members) includes most supplies. Students should bring 2 or 3 bars of soap and 3 hand towels to the workshop. Hand towels will be used in the felting process and do not need to be new. Workshop open to participants 16 and older.
