DESCRIPTION:Participants will learn:\n\n	To recognize the value of creating a company culture that develops problem awareness at all levels of the organization.\n	How each individual's daily work can be measured to key performance indicators such as Quality\, Safety\, Productivity and Cost.\n	How to link their daily work (line of sight activity) to their True North statement.\n	The importance of values and principles that can become tangible actions for all levels of the organization.\n\nWho should attend?  Since everyone in your organization is a potential change agent\, this workshop is best experienced by a team.  We encourage attendance by team members from different levels and functions within your organization.  We offer one low price for up to five participants from your organization and additional seats can be purchased.
