I’m Lise Forte, a REALTOR® with LoKation Real Estate, serving Ormond Beach and communities throughout Coastal Volusia. I’ve called this area home since 1981 and have been a licensed real estate professional since 2011. With a background in business, marketing and technology, I help buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with clear communication, local knowledge and personalized service. My experience includes residential homes, condos, waterfront properties, new construction and investment real estate. I’m also an FAA-licensed drone pilot, which allows me to bring an additional perspective to property marketing. I enjoy helping people make informed real estate decisions and being an active part of the community I’ve called home for more than four decades.
