Embroidery Machine Operator (Part-Time), Ormond Beach, FL | $18+ per hr Based on Experience + Bonuses

Ormond Beach T-Shirt Company is looking for a skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team! We’re a creative, veteran-owned custom apparel shop with over 5 years in business—and we’re growing.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain multi-head embroidery machines (Happy, Tajima, Bai, etc.)

• Read and follow design specs to embroider logos, names, patches & more

• Prepare materials, thread machines, hoop garments, inspect quality

• Perform minor repairs and troubleshoot as needed

• Help across departments (like sublimation) when needed
   

Requirements:

• 1+ year embroidery machine experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, and a positive attitude

• Ability to read instructions, stand for extended periods, and lift materials

• High school diploma or GED required

• Must pass background check and drug screening
   

Bonus Points For:

• Digitizing skills

• Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop experience

• Alterations or tailoring background
