Guard Up 2 Women's Self-Defense

Hush Puppy Haven and the Ormond Beach Police want to make sure you are prepared in case the unimaginable happens. We have teamed up again to create a women's self-defense training event to educate and equip you with tools to help protect yourself from an attack. Certified trainers from the Ormond Beach Police Department will be educating attendees on local statistics, general safety information and practical self-defense moves.

Due to the nature of the content we will be discussing, attendees must be 12 years of age or older. Any girls attending who are between the ages of 12 and 17, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Liability waivers will also need to be filled out prior to starting the training event.
